Mia Chaney as Gabriella Montez and Nicolas Nadra as Troy Bolton
The two main leads, Gabriella and Troy, went to Mia Chaney and Nicolas Nadra, respectively.
Gabriella is an academically accredited new transfer to East High School who shows interest in auditioning for the school musical. Troy is the captain of the basketball team who becomes involved in the school play at the last minute.
Both Mia Chaney and Nicolas Nadra show great promise and are doing amazing in their roles so far.
Backstage Preparations
Jocelyn Blackwell and Ryan Morin are heading the costuming department. This is Jocelyn's second year as part of the costume team, and she is now head of the costume department. Although this is his first official year assisting directly, Ryan Morin has a lot of experience with creating costumes.
Additionally, Keara Watson is in charge of creating ensemble costumes with her experience in sewing and design.
A Growing Theater Community
Lincoln Charter's theater community has been fast-growing in previous years, and coming to the show is such a wonderful way to support the growing theater community.
Mrs. Miele made her theater debut at Lincoln Charter with Descendants, a break-out hit among students and families. Mrs. Miele shows much promise and has contributed much to theater despite it only being her second year as the director. She's doing an exceptional job managing the theater program and the additional classes she's taken on, including Lincoln Charter's first ever choir.

High Expectations
The show is sure to be a success and many are excited to see what the theater department has in store this year. Thank you to the theater community for helping put on a show that's bound to be excellent.
Come support the show on December 5th, 6th, or 7th and help promote theater at LCS!
